I of course had to get the “typical” welcome to vegas sign, but with my own twist to it. I added a few effects to the image in order to make the colors less vibrant so that the word welcome pops. I am very pleased with how it turned out.

This shot totally caught my eye as i was walking by. I loved Caesars Palace because the colors were so vibrant. I recently have become interested in more of the gold tones and was really excited when i saw this.

I totally loved this statue, not only because it was interesting but also because of its surroundings. I think the blue sky really adds to the image as well. When taking the shot i wanted to use the beams to the right and left of the statue as a frame to the composition.

When I think of vegas two words come to mind: Bright and fast-paced. So i wanted to portray this in an image. To pull this off i set my camera on a tripod and i used a slower shutter speed and turned my lens while the shutter was open.

All the neon signs in vegas were totally fun. One of my favorites was this sign.

This shot was in the Cosmopolitan. This hotel was very glitz and glam and i definitely fell in love with it because of that. These were hanging from the ceiling.

Outside of the cheesecake factory they had a huge aquarium and my favorite fish was definitely this little guy.

Another neon sign i liked. Similar to the Bright vegas shot i kept my shutter open longer and cranked my lens back in order to achieve this effect.

On our trip our teacher challenged us to take pictures while driving in the van. This was one of my favorite pictures i took from the van. My favorite part about this picture is the sky. I am obsessed with an awesome blue sky so i was excited when i took this picture.
